Abner Creek Self Storage offers one convenient unit size: 10' × 15' (150 square feet). This versatile unit is ideal for storing the contents of a two-bedroom home, furniture, appliances, business inventory, seasonal decorations, and approximately 40–60 moving boxes*.

What fits in a 10' × 15' storage unit?

A 10' × 15' storage unit can typically accommodate:

How do I rent a storage unit?

Renting is simple. Click Rent a Unit on our website, select your storage unit, complete the rental agreement, and submit your payment securely online. The entire rental process can be completed in just a few minutes.


When can I access my storage unit?

Customers have gate access every day from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM, allowing convenient access to your belongings throughout the week.


Do I need my own lock?

No. Every rental includes a high-security cylinder lock. Your lock and three keys will be placed inside your storage unit by 9:00 AM on your scheduled move-in date.


What happens if I lose my keys?

Replacement cylinder lock keys are available for $40 Access Restoration Fee. Please contact us if you need to restore access to your unit.


Is Tenant Protection required?

Yes. Tenant Protection is required unless you provide acceptable proof of qualifying homeowners or renters insurance that meets our coverage requirements.


What items cannot be stored?

For everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited:

  • Gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, or other fuels
  • Propane tanks
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Flammable liquids
  • Illegal items
  • Perishable food
  • Live animals

Is Abner Creek Self Storage secure?

Yes. Our facility features:

While no storage facility can guarantee against theft or damage, we are committed to providing a clean, secure, and professionally maintained facility.


How do I move out?

When you're ready to move out:

  1. Notify Abner Creek Management.
  2. Remove all personal belongings.
  3. Sweep the storage unit clean.
  4. Leave the provided cylinder lock installed on the door.
  5. Place all three cylinder lock keys in the secure drop box located on the front side of Unit #1.

Once the unit has been inspected and your account balance is paid in full, your rental will be officially closed.


Do you offer long-term contracts?

No. Our rentals are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to store your belongings for as little or as long as you need.
